Early enrollment is recommended since group size for each course is limited and airlines often sell out of their best fares many months in advance. 

How to Apply

Apply Over the Phone

Call (800) 608-1073 or (509) 637-5494 and speak with a staff representative.

Download, then print your completed application.  Mail your application to: Admissions, Cascadia AE School, P.O. Box 240, Trout Lake, WA 98650.  As an option, send your application via UPS or FedEx to: Cascadia AE School, 10 Abbey Road, Trout Lake, WA   98650.

Sorry, we are unable to accept applications by fax, and we do not take credit cards.

After receiving your application and deposit we will send a Course Preparation Packet (CPP) containing:

• Health Form/Emergency Information
• Student Information Form
• Student Participation Agreement and Release Forms
• Packing List/Reading List
• Course Information Binder … and more!
• On approval of your medical form, references, and receipt of all necessary releases, you will receive final acceptance and a confirmation letter.   

Payment

A $99 deposit and all required forms are due 14 days after the receipt of your Course Preparation Packet (CPP). Your deposit will be applied to the full cost of tuition. Final payment for the course is due 30 days prior to course start date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you withdraw your child 30 days or less prior to the course start date there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to: voluntary withdrawal, illness or injury, summer school, or any other reason). If a student should withdraw from the course voluntarily, for whatever reason, after the start of the program, no refund will be granted.  If a trip is cancelled prior to its start date, Cascadia will refund any payment.  If Cascadia must terminiate an ongoing course, Cascadia will refund the cost of the course on a daily pro-rated basis.

Note: Cascadia reserves the right to deny admission to anyone that Cascadia, in its sole discretion, believes is unable to meet the physical, mental, social or safety demands of our courses.
